Terms & Conditions of Service
Booking and Payment:
The booking becomes effective only upon payment of a €70 security deposit (caparra confirmatoria).
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photo shoot.
The payment of the deposit implies the acceptance of all terms and conditions reported here.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable (pursuant to Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code), as it covers the reserved date and the preparatory work already performed.
It is possible to reschedule the date only once, with at least 24 hours' notice.
In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
Delivery and Intellectual Property:
Edited photos will be delivered within 14 business days via an online gallery.
Unedited/RAW files are not provided.
The photographer retains the copyright of the images, while the client is granted a license for personal use.
